so i know that your supposed to give 2 wks notice, and I plan on actually giving alittle of a month notice. but Im having trouble deciding if I should first write a letter of resignation and then try to tell them face to face. im alittle nervous, and i want to break the ice with a letter. is that appropriate? open to honest opinions.
