Well considering that it's at Disneyland, I would dress more casual than formal. I would say jeans and a slightly more formal shirt, but you should probably find out more about that birthday bash. Because I'm thinking of Disneyland as casual with rides, but if she's closing down a certain section, making it formal, then a designer dress would be nice.
