Default Holiday Tan?

Everytime i go on holiday i either come back whiter that ever or burnt. I have fair skin and would like to know what is the best way for me to get a tan. I have three weeks till i go so have this time to do some prep beforehand. I dont want to use a sunbed and fake tans always go orange on me.

You should put on the creams people use on sunbeds as they help build up the tan and use aftersun to stop sun burn
Hope i helped

start on a lotion around factor 20 then reduce as your sun factor as your holiday goes on it will cost a few bob but you will have a tan that will last

If you are fair toned I would suggest a tanning salon with a Medium Pressure bed, also use a good hemp based indoor tanning lotion. Start out with only 3-5 minutes to avoid buring. I'm very fair and self tanners always make me orange and they rub off on my clothes. I've learned to embrace my whiteness and have since quite tanning.

Its freakin February. Your only choices ARE tanning bed or spray on tan. Good luck with that one.

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.

A very big thank you to
