Default I didn't get the job but I think it's for the...

...best. what do you think? they called me for an initial interview in a big educational institution a. the 1st interview: the lady said I was overqualified, she's impressed and then asked me 'who gave me the tip that they had an opening'. I said nobody, i just sent my resume. 2nd interview with 3 guys, they made me translate an impossibly difficult text (and I did great). waited for 3rd interview and called and they said 'you did fine, we'll be happy to work with you'. I wait more and then I go to the office of the president and I find out that the recruiter that told me 'happy to work with you' lied in the company meeting about my degrees and brought the meeting to a dead end so they gave up and they decided him to do the hiring because they couldn't decide. I called the 1st lady again and she said (20th June) 'wait till 20th of July and anyway we'll call/send letter no matter what. I went again to the pres. secretary and she said they already picked someone else. never got a call/ letter to this day.
the recruiter that lied about my qualifications in the company meeting, would be my future boss if they hired me and b. if they are so rude as to totally ignore me, I think it would be a damn bad environment for me to work in. I think he hired somebody he wanted for reasons of personal benefit.

The scenario you described is very typical in the job hunting world. Don't take it personally. Learn from the process.

Also, don't close doors either. I've landed a couple of jobs after the recruiter told me "they decided on someone else". It's like buying a house, the deal doesn't always go through. You may be the #2 candidate. It wouldn't hurt to touch base with the recruiters to say, "hi, I really liked the job .... are you all set with your hiring?

Perhaps you are very qualified, but there is the possibility you did something in the interview that offended someone. It could be the way you sat in the chair (slumped or upright), the way you held your arms (crossed or in your lap). Did you turn your cell phone off? Did you look the interviewer in the eye? All these little "body language" cues are EXTREMELY important.

In the end, I do think things work out for the best anyway. I believe that each person's subconscious mind contributes to the circumstances around us each day.

Be positive. Good luck!!!

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.

A very big thank you to
