One of the country’s top accountancy firms requires an accountant with Corporate Finance experience for a lead advisory role. In this position, your purpose is to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the Corporate Finance division by supporting the Associate Director and Partner on large transactions and leading smaller transactions.

We are seeking someone at who is currently at Executive level or recently promoted to Senior Executive, ideally within another accountancy firm, consultancy or financial institution.

Consequently, the experienced and qualifications required for this role are as follows:

• Part-qualified or fully-qualified accountant
• Demonstrable experience of leading the execution of Corporate Finance transactions in areas such as: Mergers, acquisitions and disposals; Private Equity; Fund raising and Strategic advice
• Experience of, or exposure to, a wide range of Corporate Finance transactions in a Lead Advisory capacity
• Experience of Financial Modelling appropriate to Corporate Finance, such as operating and funding models
• A track record of proactive targeting and client management leading to fee generation

Please note, the above criteria are essential. You require all of the above to be eligible for this role.

In this role your accountabilities will include working with the senior team to deliver further growth to the division by proactive targeting and contact management, confidently executing lead advisory services & transactions and liaising with all parties involved in transactions, assisting in negotiations as appropriate.

So why work here, especially if you're already working in an accountancy firm? Simple! Prospects, opportunity, atmosphere and culture! Other recent employees here have described the company as "extremely friendly", dynamic and moving in the right direction with their expansion. This firm is in the top ten of UK accountancy firms. Admittedly, they are not aiming to compete with the Big Four, but they ARE aiming to be the best mid-tier firm. Exciting times here!

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.

A very big thank you to
