THE COMPANY & SITUATION:
One of the country's top ten accountancy firms is currently seeking to double the size of their Midlands Restructuring and Recovery team, making it comparable to even the Big 4 in the region. They are looking for staff experienced in Insolvency at all levels from Administrator, through Senior Administrator to Manager and Senior Manager.
The purpose of this team is to ensure that all applicable statutory requirements are met whilst carrying out all assignments in a professional and efficient manner. You will also provide the relevant parties (i.e. creditors etc) with an excellent service in all matters of client handling.
THE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Consequently, the attributes and experience they are seeking are as follows:
· Commercial experience in Restructuring & Recovery: Insolvency, Administrations, Liquidations and Independent Business Reviews (IBR)
· Your Restructuring & Recovery experience should have been gained in a recognised accountancy firm
· At the more senior levels, we require experience in Investigations and knowledge of Compliance in addition
· A proven track record in client handling
Please note that the above criteria are essential. Desirable, though not essential, are any of the following:
· ACCA or ACA qualifications
· JIEB qualification
· CPI qualification
THE ROLE:
In this role your tasks and duties will include undertaking all restructuring, recovery and corporate insolvency-related assignments to the highest professional standards and in compliance with relevant statutory requirements whilst ensuring cost-effective administration. Reporting to assignment manager you will ensure efficient liaison with other departments and clients. At Senior Manager level, we are looking for specialist in IBR Business Review as well as Insolvency.
