...garnished for medical? My children receive medi-cal and when I applied for medi-cal I had to put a child support order, I told them my childs father and I are off and on but I did not want to take action against him, they said it was not for anything monetary, but he has been receiving alot of paperwork at his job in regards to child support and they are asking his employer about benefits, my caseworker even said she has never heard of anyone being garnished because of Medi-cal so I was just wondering is this true? I have never had any other public assistance except Medi-cal
