Default HELP!!! Will a judge take the only support i...

...have for me and my son away??? My husband is in jail for missing child support court that we NEVER received papers on. I talked to a clerk at the court house and she said he would most likely be on a work release program where he works during the day and goes back to jail at night, well that is support for his prior family but it takes support away from me and our newborn? So would a judge let it happen to where he is in jail and paying the support to the prior family while me and our son sit without any means of financial help cause they incarcerated him for missing court which we knew nothing about?

It's not that the judge is out to hurt you. His only concern is the case pending before him relative the support due the 'prior' family. Be upset with your husband - he is supposed to take care off all his kids without the court having to tell him to. They are not his prior kids they are his kids just as much as your newborn is.

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
