Forced immigration, no choice?

Ehhh

People who come to the U.S illegally are criminals. However, should the the kids that were forced to come here be consider criminals too? They have no choice but to follow their parents. Most of them cant not afford a higher education because they don't get any financial support and their parents who work in a low paying job can possibly pay for their education. On top of that, they can't work or exercise the freedom and the rights are offered in united states. Think about it. They didn't do anything wrong. Do you think they should suffer through this? What do you think we should do?

While the children may not have had a choice, tax paying citizens also did not have a choice and we should not have to suffer for it either.As harsh as it may sound, illegal children should be given nothing here except a ride home. American children need to come first in this country, not the children of foreign criminals.

The children didn't choose to come over but when they reach the age that they know they are in the country illegally and they choose to stay anyway, they are breaking the law too.It is also a flawed system that turns a blind eye to illegal immigration to the point that kids can grow up to adulthood in a country where they and their parents have no status.If the government decide to give amnesty to everybody who was brought in by their parents as a minor, you'd just see even more illegals coming in because they all want to give their kids PR or citizenship in the US and of course later the kids can sponsor them to become legal too.Instead of giving amnesty to illegals, the government should be tougher on illegals and especially people who hire illegals and at the same time make legal immigration easier. Legal immigrants don't get to come in until they've had their background checks. Illegals, you don't know because they never have any background checks and they already started out by breaking the law.
