I heard that US immigration is using lie
detector testing for couples who married for papers. Is this true? My husband and I married for love, but he is not from this country, and we filed for permission to work (which he got), and for alien residency(green card, which is still pending). Our case has lingered for almost 6 years, and we heard recently that the Dept. of Immigration is now using lie detector testing to weed out fraud cases. Isn't that unconstitutional?
