I need help with one of my fish!?

One of my fish is acting extremely slow. Since the Summer he's been having problems similar to this, and also once had swim bladder (although that passed, fortunately). He's barely moving, sitting on the floor of the tank, and occasionally comes up. At times I can only tell he's still alive because his mouth is moving. All his fins are drooped downward, and when he tries to move he goes in a diagonal pattern. I've added salt, changed the water, checked the PH and temperature, and still there is no change in this behavior. Please help!It's a goldfish, about 2.5 years old. The other fish are entirely nomral, and he looks normal aside from the drooping fins.

I think you should contact your local pet store that has a fish department. Usually there is someone there who knows fish.. Also you should google it to see if you can find an answer.
