he has to pay child support so YES, he will get in trouble. On the other hand if he got a raise, it really depends I think your support will stay the same.

If they lose their job they just get behind on what they owe. but speaking from someone who is with someone paying child support, anytime he has been without work, nothing happened. Also, his support amount has not changed and he has had raises. I think it also depends on the other parent, if they are keeping up with their case & making sure they don;t let things go. don't assume they are keeping up to date on your case.. they only do what people ask them to & if you don';t ask, they won;t do shit..

If he gets a raise you have to take him to court to have your child support amount raised. BEWARE if you have him in and out of court all the time you'll look stupid and they won't want to work with you as much as if you just take what they give you. If you're worried about not getting the child support on time you can always have his wages garnished. It's only like a $5 fee to have it started and you can file everything online. Depending on the state you live in....http://www.turbocourt.com/

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
