...rights? I have 3 kids , 1 is 18 second 16 and third is eight. I want to move to canada and but my two elder children want to study in this country. can both of my brother live together legally in accomodation as one is 18. Please help me and give me information if it is possible.

Ditching the family eh? Good idea, they were holding you back anyway. I suggest sneaking away in the dead of night and not telling them where you are going. That way, if the cops do come looking, they won't know where to find you.
