firstly these kind of question's answers are totally dependent on the kind of firm ur are going for interview but as generally gud repotation firms answers can be:
for first question u can say
i can bring new vision to the company and a hardworking person.
for second u can say
cause i want to prospere and i can have this opportunity by ur firm.
