Default i have to wear braces with an elastic in...

...front in the form of a "box." what is the purpose of the elastic? my orthodontist has been making me wear it for about five months now. it just wraps around my bottom four and top four teeth and i have to wear it all the time. i thought at first it was to make sure my teeth were aligned properly (like the front teeth the top and bottom were both perfectly in the middle) but the alignment is fine now, and i still have to wear an elastic at all times. can anyone explain to me why?

Because your teeth can still move back to their original position. I haven't had braces in like 10 years but I still have to wear a retainer sometimes.

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
