Blaire has a very over top look. She's always dressed up and looking her best.I'd try a pair of black jeans and black stiletto knee highs, with an empire waist top and some cute diamond studs and a diamond necklace.http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/app#foo

gossip girl here, to give you the scoop on the upper east siders. loll love that show.she would wear a very glamourous sun dress with reds, blues, or blacks. & she would definitley wear a head band and red lip stick & pumps. & don't forget a necklace and a few bracelets or two. :]
