Fast food places are good to start out. I started at McDonalds when I was 16. They offer lots of incentives like benefits, vacation, 401k, very flexible scheduling. By the time I graduated high school I was an assistant manager making good money. They got me some college money, and eventually, I was able to put a good reference on my resume.
