Default Questions to ask at a call centre interview?

I need a list of questions to ask the interviewer at the interview tomorrow. I want to take in about 10 prepared questions so if everyone who has had experience going to an interview, or even if you are a manger could you tell me some questions you like to hear from a person?

First thing I want to know is: is this a call center where customers are calling you for problem reports or ordering? Will they be happy or very unhappy? Or, is this an outbound call center. It would make a difference in the questions that I would ask.One good question I like is: What is the one thing that you find irritating about this position and about this company?Others that will be good:What do you see as your five year goals for this center?Am I being interviewed as a supplemental candidate, or am I replacing someone? (If you are a replacement, ask whether they will tell you why the other person left....I would want to hear that the person was promoted or found a great opportunity, but this question could show you pain points in the job)Those are just a couple of specific questions I would ask. On a more general path, find out what the pain points are in the organization and show how your experience can help minimize that pain.Have a great interview and go into it knowing that you are the best candidate for the job, they just need to recognize that.

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
