Default How do you answer this question in an Interview

for a job....? This company seems to ask only females from my experience before but....How would you deal with sexual harassment if it were to happen to you?NOw i know what i should say, but this company would rather fire someone for turning a sexual harassment case in then have to deal with them, this question is asked in the interview to see if they should hire you or not. Now you may say to yourself why would i want to work for a company like this, well they never have problems with sexual harassment but don't want any problems. Lots of people i know work for this company and never have problems. So just need someone that has been in the workforce for quite some time and might no how i should go about in answering this question......sorry this is long but its important to me.....

Tell them "Why should I have to, I'll get my supervisor to deal with the cad for me". They are probably looking for an in house fix, not a court case. Either that or a good slap to the face or whatever you feel is required.

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
