What do i wear to a tea party????????

ok so my best friend's having a tea party in december. i haven't been to one in the longest time, wat should i wear? since its winter shud i wear dark navy blues, and purples, or light blues, purples, whites, silver, etc.i was also wondering if theses would be alright:http://www.forever21.com/product.asp..._skorts(either of the top 4 skirts)http://www.charlotterusse.com/produc...ks!!! !!!!!!! oh and btw im 12 so i dont really wanna wear anything slutty

you must be from the uk. we don't have tea parties over here in the u.s.a. i don't know because i have never been to one.

I would go with the bottom one the "Alinda Knit top" or the "ruffles' i hate this kind of stuff and i can't believe i just told you that but i know what it feels like to be under pressure from what to wear hope i helped!
