Default what do I wear to the gym?

I really want some tracksuit bottoms that are sort of flared, and not those really heavy ones either, to wear to the gym, but the thing is, i dont have a clue where to get them from.I really don't know what top to wear either, considering that I sweat alot, and I'm kind of stuck for trainers aswell.I live in the UK, so please dont send me links to american websitesbut any answers would be much appreciatedthanks =)

i wouldnt worry so much on brand names, not really a big deal. any nice sports store will do, regardless of the brand. unless you LIKE brand names the under armour would be my favourite. (or nike)but i personally wear spandex shorts, with shorter loose fitting shorts over top. and then usually a loose t-shirt or even a tank top if you sweat a lot. spandex actually keeps me cooler in the gym versus a cotton type of shirt. but yah, try those out, i wouldnt suggest PANTS in the gym, as ive done that before and i sweat like no other haha. good luck!

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
