Default Job Interview at Little Caesar's?

I applied for a job last week online and got an email back the next day. I'm not all that nervous, but it is my first interview (I'm 17). Finding a job is very hard where I'm from and I don't want to mess this up. He said "drop by sometime on Monday to discuss the job". Will this be a formal interview, or will he just ask me when I'm willing to start? It's a brand-new franchise (like, only a month old and it hasn't even opened yet), so I doubt they're going to be looking too hard for an employee. Just in case though, here's what I plan to wear. I'm going during my third period spare, so I'll have my school clothes on. Blue tank top, grey/white flannel, dark blue jeans, Circa flats, and probably my leather bomber jacket in case it's cold out. Minimal jewelry and makeup. I have bleached hair - I might toss my bangs to the side and straighten it. I don't own dress pants, plus I need to go back to class afterward. In case it is somewhat of a formal interview, I have a few questions to ask. 1) How many nights a week will be available for me to work?2) How many hours will I get during school? (My third and fourth period switch every day, so sometimes I can go to work right after third period, during my flipped spare)3) What is your policy on unnaturally dyed hair, like pinks or purples? (I planned to dye my hair lavender once I had a job that would let me)Do you think they'd be ok with number three? I don't have tattoos or piercings. As for skills, I'm a good leader, a great team player, I'm very original and creative, and good at multitasking. I'm an artist... to me, making pizza is like art... it's different every time, and beautiful in it's way (seriously). I take pride in my work, and I'm very thorough. I couldn't think of a weakness, so I put that I'm "very thorough (which could be bad), but I find it hard to say no to people who need assistance, even if I'm extremely busy".How does this sound? Do you think I'll get the job?The interview is tomorrow, if I didn't mention that.

It will likely be a formal interview of some degree. Just be prepared. You're better off asking those questions at the interview. That's the purpose of an interview -- to ask questions. Personally, if I was an employer, I would be a little concerned with unnatural hair colors. Your employer might not care, though. Just something to keep in mind.If the interview goes well and you meet the requirements, then you *might* get the job. Nothing is guaranteed these days.Good luck!
