oneself? I have a new & great job (almost $60,000/year) and I may be about to be tapped for a big promotion. However, the physical lay out of cubicles has me next to two trouble makers. These two constantly taunt me and try to get me in trouble. They apparently think I'm so stupid that I'll think they're just kidding, but today, things took a nastier turn. I guess they thought I could not hear them and they were laughing and making fun of me. Thus far, I've just ignored it because I feel anything else is unprofessional and the head honchos at my office seriously don't like anyone who rocks the boat. They just want a lot of quality work turned out really fast - which I'm doing - although this afternoon, the bad behavior from the folks in the cubicles next door was getting so distracting I was having trouble tuning it out. I even put on headphones & cranked up my music - but it was still difficult not to be distracted.I keep thinking of things I might say to let them know I'm not afraid of them &/or to let them know I know this is not just friendly kidding around, but I don't think that's probably appropriate no matter how dignified/professional such a response might be. And, I'm fairly certain the supervisors don't want to hear about such nonsense. I've just told myself to be strong & that my impending promotion (possibly even as their supervisor!) will be the best revenge and, then again, that eventually when their antics don't achieve any result, that they'll tire of the game & move on.Suggestions, please!!! Thank you.

Got to get them on their own.Get the one who is the biggest jerk on their own and speak to him about Instruct don't request maintain eye contact and be confidentOnce they are on their own with no one to back up their ego you will find a very different person. If they say what are you going to do if I don"t or something o that effect.Explain that you don't have time to argue like a nine year old and get the conversation back on your own terms.Try and leave it so your neither enemies or Friends just severe contactif that doesn't work ask your boss if you can move cubicles say you dont wanna cause a fuss but you want to work more productively.if that doesn't work hit download child porn onto their computer and tell your boss (kidding) (but seriously that ll sort it).good luck

There are some people who are not happy of other achievements. You know how do they should be call? "CRAB MENTALITY" lol. Ignore them. Just work and be professional and show them how you are reaised. Be yourself. Someday they will regret you will be their supervisor. Congratulations in advance.

If you can get by with just ignoring them that might be best, but if it's a real problem you should take it to your HR department. Do your best to document specifics about their harassment and take steps to make it clear that although it's not really upsetting you, you do not appreciate their actions.

Is it possible to move to another desk/cubicle in another part of the office/bldg/floor? Using something like that as a solution for your problem before taking it to the supe will help tremendously. You should also be able to take this to HR. Good for you for handling it like you have. Hang in there and get that promotion!!

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.

A very big thank you to
