Default I quit my job, gave my boss 3 weeks notice.

today is my last day and he is harassing me! what can i do? so today is my last day and i'm working from home. i gave my boss more than enough time to hire someone to replace me but he didn't. today i'm just finishing up my stuff and i called him to let him know i'll be working from home. he got pissed off because he wanted to give me "a bunch of little projects" that i can complete on my own time. i already told him i can't work part-time for him as i have other projects, and most importantly, i can't stand him at all! he's a terrible person. so he started talking crap to me and made it sound like i don't a have a choice. i'm supposed to call him back in a few hours once i complete my current tasks.what can i say to him to make it clear to him? i feel like i'm going to snap at him or hung up on him if he pisses me off. i don't need him for anything, as i got all my paperwork, payment, and everything, and i definitely don't need a psycho for a reference (i have plenty of others). what can do i do to make it clear to him that it's OVER?he's really stressing me out!!

Screw him. Tell him you'll take those little projects. Then don't do them. What does he have over you?

Well good for you for putting up with it so long! I certainly wouldn't have lasted. If you gave your three weeks, finished your tasks, and got all the necessary paperwork done; then you owe him nothing. You've obviously been an asset to him if he's still asking for help, but you just need to tell him sternly that it is your last day and you will take on no other projects. If he continues, I would simply ignore him, and if it persists further than talk to someone of higher power because it's harassment. Good luck with that jerk, haha, and congrats and finally getting rid of him!

If you're looking for a job in the finance industry, then it's important to understand insurance and how it - along with other things - contributes to healthy saving accounts balances. Whether you're looking for breakdown cover or wanting to compare home insurance, insurance is one of those things that - when it comes to an accident or something similar - will prevent you from having to scout the market for the best loans to pay off repair/accident fees.
